“Did you just… Did you make my bed?”
“Yes. It took less than five minutes and look at how nice it looks!!!”
“…”
Thanks to Jon, my bed has been made for the first time in almost 6 months. He even folded my winter blanket (that usually sits on my floor because I constantly kick it off the bed) in a nice neat rectangle and placed it at the end of my bed.
Very nice of him, but in an hour or two, the bed is just going to end up looking like it did 12 hours ago… and then I’ll probably forget to make it in the morning.
This is one item on the growing list of differences between us… and thank god there are differences, because the last thing I want to do is date me in guy form. (I’m kind of a jerk.)
Every once in a while, I get a email reminder telling me to update. Usually, the lack of updates is because HA, I HAD NO SOCIAL LIFE AND SPENT MOST OF MY DAYS WATCHING TV ON THE INTERNET, KNITTING, AND GOING TO WORK. This time is pretty different.
The past three weeks have been … eventful. I really want to write about it all and I might. Right now, I have been trying to figure out what I should leave out, which events might be a little too much information, and how certain people would feel about things being on the internet.
J: be back soon hopefully
