I’m going to be on a plane to Seattle in 24 hours and all I’ve got in my suitcase are toiletries and a skirt.

1. I am 276 months old today.
2. I need new music.
3. Suggest a song.
4. I’ll pick the song I like the most and send a handmade notebook or something knitted to whoever suggested the song.
5. Or I’ll just pick names out of a hat… it’s my birthday. I’ll do what i want.
6. Maurine and Tina: you’re not allowed to suggest anything. (well you can, you just won’t win anything) I’m already knitting you guys stuff. 

Things I’ve been doing instead of blogging:

• working
• saving for Seattle
• running on the treadmill while I watch Pixar movies
• eating a lot of sandwiches and drinking a lot of iced teas from Starbucks
• creating a package for a Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou knitting swap (more on this later)
• knitting stuff for people
• waiting for something I actually want to watch to appear on Hulu’s Days of Summer
• thinking of possible blog posts
• crying over Scrabulous (okay, not really… but I can’t get into any of the alternatives.)
